I’m a former synchronized swimmer and current triathlete, a baking enthusiast, and a dedicated graphic designer. When I am not in the pool working off the dozens of cookies I just baked, you can find me behind my computer, working on my latest project. I enjoy the magic of watching a blank page come alive.
My designs are inspired by the world around me. Whether I am seeing a hand-made poster for a yard sale or a giant billboard, I always consider the color, the typography, the pattern, the grid, the images. What is good? What is bad? How can certain elements improve my design? I always strive to make my next project better then the last. I will never stop learning, and thus I will never stop creating.
When I earned my Master’s in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore in Spring 2014, I gained not only a solid foundation of skills but also great insights into myself as a designer. I invite you to look at my work below, perhaps munch on a cookie while you do (chocolate chip are my personal favorite). I provide design services to companies of all sizes as well as freelance work for individuals and small businesses. My portfolio ranges from branding and illustration to magazine layout and web design. I hope you enjoy browsing through my projects as much as I enjoyed created them.
